One of our ways to making sure the customers get what they need is plastic injection moulding.
How does plastic injection moulding work?
Plastic injection moulding is one of the most common methods of products out of plastic material. During the process, molten plastic (resin) is injected in the mould at high pressure. As the resin enters the injection barrel it is driven forward under high pressure by the rotation of a screw. In this way, the plastic resin melts as the screw pushes it towards the outer limits of the mould. Once the plastic is cooled down and solidified, it is taken out of the mould. Plastic injection moulding can be used to manufacture different types of products, including simple or very complex materials. No other manufacturing process offers the possibilities plastic injection moulding provides. Want to know more about the process of plastic injection moulding? Feel free to contact us!
